These terms apply to the Bluu Co. website, Club Bluu member pages and Social Kit. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use these services.

Who the Site Is For

Bluu is based in the United States. Our site is not directed to children under 16. You must be at least 16 to submit the quiz, and confirm this before submitting. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the site only with permission from a parent or guardian. The confirmation does not verify your identity or age.

Your Member Account

Use your own email address and accurate information. Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not access another person’s account or private results.

Your Ocean Archetype

This quiz is for entertainment and personalization, not a psychological assessment. Ocean Archetypes, personality descriptions, connections, Ocean Spirit Animals and destination suggestions are for personal reflection, not scientific assessments, diagnoses, medical advice or guarantees about personality, relationships or travel suitability.

Travel suggestions are not bookings or safety advice. Check current conditions, accessibility, entry requirements and local guidance before making plans. Website descriptions are not a substitute for product labeling or professional health advice.

Photos and Sharing

Only use photos you own or have permission to use, and obtain permission from identifiable people in them. Your uploaded Social Kit photo is processed on your device; sharing or posting the resulting graphic makes that content available to the people and platforms you choose.

You retain rights to your own photos. You may download and share Bluu Social Kit graphics for personal, noncommercial use, keeping any included credits and license notices intact. Some illustrative archetype and Ocean Spirit Animal photographs are AI-generated. Destination photography may have separate license terms.

Respectful and Lawful Use

Do not use the site to harass others, impersonate someone, submit unlawful content, send spam, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls or interfere with the site. Do not extract private member information or misuse our forms.

Bluu Content and Other Services

Bluu branding, writing and graphics belong to Bluu or their respective rights holders. Except for permitted Social Kit sharing or applicable legal exceptions, ask us before reproducing or using them commercially. Links to social platforms and other services are subject to those services’ own terms and privacy practices.

Club Bluu and Email

Club Bluu is a prelaunch community. Joining does not guarantee a purchase opportunity, product availability, event invitation or prize. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; you can also contact us to stop marketing messages. Essential account messages may still be sent when needed.

Analytics and Campaign Reporting

We use Google Analytics for public-page audience measurement and selected signup and quiz actions, and Klaviyo for email performance reporting. These services can use cookies, identifiers and link tracking as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use aggregate reporting to evaluate our launch and share business performance with advisers or investors, not individual contact details or quiz answers. Browser privacy settings can restrict tracking; figures may be incomplete and do not guarantee sales or investment outcomes. Email marketing remains optional and may be deselected before quiz submission.

Contests and Future Purchases

Any future contest will have separate Official Rules with eligibility, dates, judging and prize details. An unlisted preview is not an invitation to enter. Entries will not be accepted before the approved rules are available. Future purchases will be governed by the terms presented when shopping becomes available.

Availability and Responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but information and services may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access or particular results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict access for misuse of these terms or to protect the site and its members. You can stop using the site at any time and contact us about deleting your information.

Changes and Contact
